Voice4Change England is a partnership of national and regional BME-led organisations established in 2006 that speaks for the interests of the BME Third Sector at local, regional, and national levels to all types of policy-makers.
The Voice4Change England partnership covers a network of more than 5,700 BME Third Sector groups and organisations.
