Governance
A Partnership Council has been formed to be the main decision making body for the Voice4Change England, but there is also an Executive Committee to manage business between the quarterly Council meetings.
MENTER (the BME network for the East of England region) is the accountable body for Voice4Change England, and the Black Training and Enterprise Group (BTEG) is the employing body for Voice4Change England staff.
It is expected that the size of the partnership will increase from the original signatories to encompass representation from all BME communities.
